Healthy lifestyle habits #1: Eat with the seasons
Why? Eating with the seasons helps you feel more in tune with the world around you. The vitamins and minerals your body requires will be provided. Besides, seasonal food is more convenient because it doesn’t have to be shipped halfway across the world. You benefit the planet, your bank account, and your health. Boom!
Where do I even begin? Skip the supermarket and check out the farmer’s market instead this weekend. You are what you eat, so it’s important to take an interest in your food by discovering its origins, cultivation methods, trying new dishes, etc. Indulge in the crispness and deliciousness that awaits you.
Healthy lifestyle habits #2: Move your body
Why? The body is strengthened, energy is increased, sleep quality is improved, and most importantly, endorphins are released, leading to an increase in happiness.
